Welcome to “Najah”, a free study app developed and operated by Tamkeen360. By using the app you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Najah provides educational content following the Algerian curriculum (lessons, practice, past exam papers, flashcards), an AI-powered tutor, tools (grade calculator, orientation, planner), a community and study groups, a private-tutor directory and parent follow-up. The app is free, funded by advertising, with no purchases or subscriptions.
Eligibility and children’s accounts
- The app is open to pupils, students, parents and teachers.
- If you are under 13 (or under the age of digital consent in your country), you may only use the app with the consent and under the supervision of your parent or guardian. The parent confirms having read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy on the child’s behalf, and is encouraged to link their account to the child’s.
- If you are between 13 and 18, your parent or guardian should review these Terms.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person; impersonating another person, a teacher or an institution is forbidden.
- Tell us immediately at tamkeen3600@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Settings/Account → “Delete account”) or on the account deletion page.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- post or send any illegal, abusive, violent, sexual, discriminatory or hateful content, or bully or harass anyone;
- post any content or engage in any behaviour that exploits or endangers children (see our Child Safety Standards);
- share other people’s personal data (phone, address, photos) without consent, or solicit personal data from minors;
- cheat in official exams or share leaked papers while exams are under way;
- send spam, unauthorised advertising, fraudulent links or malware;
- attempt to hack, disrupt or scrape the app, or bypass its usage limits (AI tutor limits, rewarded ads);
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property rights.
Community rules and user-generated content
Zero tolerance: there is no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content or for abusive users. Anyone who breaks these rules has their content removed and is ejected from the app.
- Filtering: posted content is automatically screened (banned-word list, anti-spam rules); content that receives several reports is automatically hidden pending review.
- Reporting: any post, answer, group message, profile or group can be reported through the options button (⋯) → “Report”, choosing a reason.
- Blocking: you can block any user from their profile or content, so you no longer see their content and they can no longer contact you.
- Moderation within 24 hours: moderators review reports and act within 24 hours — removing content, warning, restricting or permanently banning the account.
- Offenders are removed: accounts that post objectionable content or abuse others are suspended and may be prevented from creating new accounts.
- You remain responsible for the content you post and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in the app to operate the service. It is deleted when you delete it or your account.
AI tutor
- AI tutor answers are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and may be wrong or incomplete. Always double-check them.
- The AI tutor is an educational aid, not a substitute for teachers or official textbooks.
- Do not use it to cheat, and do not send personal data or photos of people to it.
- Free questions are limited each day; extra questions can be earned through rewarded ads, up to a daily limit.
Accuracy of content and calculations
- We work hard to keep lessons and exercises accurate, but mistakes can happen. Report them through a “Content error” support request.
- The grade calculator and orientation tools provide approximate averages based on known coefficients and previous years’ admission thresholds; they are indicative only. Official results and orientation decisions are issued exclusively by the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the relevant institutions.
- Exam dates and calendars shown are indicative; always check official sources.
Private-tutor directory
- Tutors listed in the directory are independent and not our employees. We review profiles before publishing them but do not guarantee their qualifications or the quality of their lessons.
- No payments are made through the app. Any arrangement or payment is made directly between you and the tutor, at your own risk.
- For minors, any contact or meeting with a tutor must happen with a parent’s knowledge and consent. Report any suspicious behaviour to us.
Advertising
The app shows ads through Google AdMob to fund the free service. Children only see non-personalised ads suitable for all ages. We are not responsible for advertisers’ websites or products; please report any inappropriate ad.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, logo and original educational content belong to Tamkeen360 or its licensors. You may use it for personal study only; copying, republishing or selling the content without written permission is prohibited. Official exam papers remain the property of the relevant authorities and are shown for educational purposes.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or delete your account — without notice where necessary — if you breach these Terms, endanger other users, or at the request of authorities. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of any particular academic result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the app, or from content posted by users or third parties. This does not limit any right that cannot be waived by law.
Changes
We may change these Terms. We will notify you in the app before any material change; continuing to use the app after it takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Algerian law. In case of a dispute we will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent Algerian courts have jurisdiction.
