Frequently asked questions
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen tap “Forgot password?” and enter your phone number or email. You will receive a 6-digit code valid for 10 minutes; enter it and choose a new password. If you signed up with Google or Apple you do not need a password — just use the same button to sign in.
How do I link a parent account to my child’s account?
On the student account: Me → “Link a parent” shows a 6-character code. On the parent account: Home → Add a child, then enter the code. A parent can follow several children and unlink at any time.
How do I report content or block a user?
Tap the options button (⋯) on any post, answer, message or profile, then “Report” and pick a reason. You can also “Block” the user so you no longer see their content and they cannot contact you. Moderators review reports within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Me → Settings/Account → “Delete account”, then confirm with your password. Or use the “Delete account” page on this website if the app is no longer installed. Deletion is permanent and covers all of your data.
Why are there ads?
Najah is completely free, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Ads (Google AdMob) pay for servers and content. Children only see non-personalised ads suitable for all ages.
How many questions can I ask the AI tutor?
You get a number of free questions every day (renewed daily). When they run out you can watch a short rewarded ad for extra questions, up to a daily limit. There is never any payment.
Does the app work offline?
Partly: you can download a subject’s lessons and practice to revise offline, and your results sync when you are back online. The AI tutor and the community need an internet connection.
Are the calculator’s averages official?
No. The grade calculator and orientation tools give approximate averages based on current coefficients and previous years’ admission thresholds. Official results are only published by the relevant ministries and institutions.
I found a mistake in a lesson or exercise.
Send a support request of type “Content error” mentioning the lesson or question. The content team will check and correct it.
